For larger events we are happy to arrange a private function for 50 – 90 people.


With a private function you’ll need to meet a minimum spend which is an amount dependent on the day and time of day of your event.  

The minimum spend amounts are:

•Friday/Sunday night (7pm onwards)   |   $4500

•Saturday/Sunday lunch (12-4pm or 2-6pm)   |    $4000

•Saturday night (6.30pm onwards)   |   $6000


Our private function menu for $40pp, as it consists of some of our most popular dishes.

The menu is as follows:

• Dips with turkish bread OR potato fries with chipotle mayo

• Cheese & chive arancini

• Chicken skewers

• Beef and pork meatballs in napolitana sauce

• Patatas bravas

• Flash fried calamari w aioli

• Pan fried haloumi

• Add dessert for $5 per person of Churros w chocolate dipping sauce


Cakes are more than welcome, the cake will be cut served on a platter by the staff.


Decorations are no problem, we recommend banners and bunches of balloons, etc and only ask that table scatters not be used.


While we can’t have live music, we do have a music system with fantastic sound. If you would like to have your own style of music playing, feel free to bring in an MP3 player, which we can plug into our system.



Deposit and payment:

In order to secure your booking, a $10 pp deposit is required. If the deposit is not made within 14 days of booking the function, Splash has the right to cancel the function.

All cancellations made within 7 days of the confirmed function date will forfeit the deposit paid.

Credit card details must be provided upon the booking of a function.

Payment for the function needs to be paid in full 7 days prior to the event

Deposits and payment can be done over the phone with a credit card or in person. The deposit will be deducted off the bill.



Management reserves the right to refuse the service of liquor to any person or persons they see fit.

Management reserves the right to terminate a function due to inappropriate behaviour as they see fit.

All guests must adhere to Splash Tapas Bars rules.

Management reserves the right to remove any person or persons from the premises should they not comply.



Organisers of the function are responsible for any breakages, damage, or pilferage caused by guests attending their function. The cost of any damage will be charged to organisers.


Splash does not host events for 18th or 21st birthdays.



Groups of up to 30 people are welcome at Splash Tapas Bar. You and your party will be seated in a section of our patio area to enjoy the view of North Cronulla beach.


We do ask that groups of 8 people and over choose a menu from our delicious and plentiful set menus to feed your group, these can be viewed here. There is no stress about those who are vegetarians or gluten free, we have set menus especially for them too; simply ask at the time of your booking.


Depending on how generous you want to be with your guests, drinks can be covered a couple of ways. We operate with bar service so your guests can pay as they go, or alternatively, you can set up a tab, with or without a limit.


Feel free to bring a cake if you are celebrating a birthday or other special occasion.
